* src/Report.py, src/TextDoc.py, src/DrawDoc.py: Adjusted the way
        that 'Print Report' is handled.
        * src/docgen/OpenOfficeDoc.py, src/docgen/PSDrawDoc.py: Likewise.
        * src/plugins/AncestorChart.py: Undo previous change to do with
        printing reports.
