	* src/GrampsDb/_WriteXML.py (write_person): Use methods to get
	birth/death ref, not raw attributes.
	* src/RelLib/_Person.py: Convert to using birth and death ref
	indices.
	birth/deat reference; use methods to get birth/death ref, not raw
	attributes.
