	* src/QuickReports.py: pass create_quickreport uistate
	* src/Simple/_SimpleTable.py: Handles raw objects, click/doubleclick
	* src/PageView.py: pass create_quickreport uistate
	* src/docgen/TextBufDoc.py: need to make a managed window, transient
