Implemented API endpoint to update skin information

04714543b8 Реорганизация пакета daemon в http. 
Упразднён пакет utils.
Удалён обработчик minecraft.php (legacy с самого-самого начала Ely.by)
Добавлены тесты для всех api-запросов.
