I believe it was Ryan Murphy. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ryan_Murphy_(writer)#Television
Ryan was also a co-creator of Glee. One of the actors on Glee, Mark Salling, was arrested for receiving and possessing CP but I can't find anything connecting Ryan Murphy to those charges. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mark_Salling#Sexual_assault_and_child_pornography_charges
