Laurel Canyon was home to numerous musicians and artists in the 60s and 70s and rife with occult and Satan worship. Its located a stones throw away from LA. Also where Charles Manson got his start. He was by the way a musician first and was a local celebrity. Lots of rumours and allegation of drug and sex abuse stemming from this Canyon.

Charles Manson killed Sharon Tate a year after the release of Rosemary's Baby, directed by her husband, Roman Polanski. Izzie Folger was also murdered (Abigail Folger's name is part of pizzagate).
