This is correct based on my own investigation into this. There are 5 individuals with the name of Andrew Kline in or around DC. Only the Andrew Kline that works at the Veritas Law Firm is the one that registered Uptown Pizza LLC at the address for the current Besta Pizza.

The address used to file that LLC paperwork is the same one for the Veritas Law Firm itself.
