Actually I figured it out... DC drag Queen Ms Summercamp, the other dude works with bloody looking one in drag shows... The other dude worked at Comet ping pong and also has a band that plays there

The profane graffiti is in one of the two bathrooms. The bathrooms are decorated with a mural imitating the style of the Hudson River School of landscape painters, but with people playing ping pong in various lightly comic contexts painted in. Here, for example, we see an alien playing ping pong. And some person has written curse words over it, I imagine for the same reason people write bathroom graffiti anywhere. The bad language is not part of the original art.
