busybox/testsuite/dirname/dirname-works

test x$(dirname $(pwd)) = x$(busybox dirname $(pwd))
Kill off the old 'tests' stuff. Write a ton of new tests for the 'testsuite' dir. Fix a bunch of broken tests.
