72089cf6b4 config: deindent all help texts 
Those two spaces after tab have no effect, and always a nuisance when editing.

0ef64bdb40 *: make GNU licensing statement forms more regular 
This change retains "or later" state! No licensing _changes_ here,
only form is adjusted (article, space between "GPL" and "v2" and so on).
