For the small number of devices that we cannot get Hertz out of ELF notes but the cpu numbers make sense (ie not kFreeBSD) there is a hack by using the CPU numbers. The problem is there was 4 numbers, now there are 7. This fixes the hack by adding all 7 to get a more correct number.
