\fBchpasswd\fRコマンドは標準入力からユーザ名と暗号化されていないパスワード
の組みが記されているファイルを読み込み、その情報を用いて既存のユーザ群の
パスワード情報を更新する。
各行は
.DS
	  \fIuser_name\fR:\fIpassword\fR
.DE
という書式である。
指定したユーザは既に存在していなくてはならない。
与えられたパスワードが暗号化され、パスワードの有効期限が存在するなら
それも更新される。

このコマンドは、同時に大量のアカウントを作成する様な大規模なシステム環境
で使用することを意図している。

このコマンドの使用後は、DBMパスワードファイルを更新する為に、\fImkpasswd\fR
コマンドを実行しなくてはならない。
入力ファイルは、暗号化されていないパスワードが記されているので、プロテクト
をかけておかなくてはならない。
newusers(8)コマンドが存在するので、このコマンドは捨てられるかも知れない。
