Joachim Wiberg aad76ad03b test: refactor test.rc + start.sh + stop.sh -> lib.sh 
Refactor test.rc, start.sh, and stop.sh into lib.sh that each test
sources and uses independently of each other.

More simplfication and cleanup needed.
