sysvinit/contrib/start-stop-daemon.c
Jesse Smith bdd2bc12e3 Updated documentation to be more relevant to modern (2018)
systems.
Updated copyright notice.
Fixed start-stop-daemon.c so that it will compile.
Updated install instructions.
Removed references to "obsolete" directory which, fittingly,
no longer exists.
