* Rather than requiring a config file to be generated with -g, if -c
  is unset and default config file does not exist, use builtin defaults.
* Always process all available pkg objs.
* -R is now used to enable repository mode rather than checking revdeps.
* -o removed; simply use <pkgname>.dot.
