Juan RP d53f3243ce xbps-checkvers: added ability to ignore conf repos via -i. ...

-i,--ignore-conf-repos has been added.
The previous -i,--installed flag has been renamed to -I.

This breaks compat but we'll need to change buildbot anyway.
