bb_xget[pw/gr]nam were horribly misnamed - fixed.

uidgid_get -> get_uidgid, add additional param
(numeric_ok). Make chown use it.
chown: fix "chown user: ...."
install: fix incorrect use of bb_xget[pw/gr]nam
