undefining some configuration macros when the file is included
	multiple times.
	* libmisc/xgetXXbyYY.c, libmisc/xgetpwnam.c, libmisc/xgetpwuid.c,
	libmisc/xgetgrgid.c, libmisc/xgetgrnam.c, libmisc/xgetspnam.c:
	Include <config.h> from teh compiled C file, not the included
	getXXbyYY.c.
