Change automake to 1.6.3 foreign so that it won't ask for a Changelog.
GNU packages are obliged to have a ChangeLog, the foreign indicates it does not follow gnu rules.

d425133e8e Solved a problem with <li>..</li> 
Reorganized the of.write() statements so that the text won't have
multiple newlines in them. And introduced so for-loops instead of
repetition of multiple lines of code.
